Inserting, Moving and Deleting Columns in Technological Tables

You can insert, move and delete columns in a technological table.

This task shows you how to:

Insert a Column

You can insert a column. To quickly identify user-defined columns, the application displays them in a darker color.

  1. Right-click the header of the column next to which you want to insert a column and select Add a New Column... .
  2. Enter a name for the column.
  3. Click in the Type box and select the parameter type from the list that is displayed.
  4. Click OK.

The new column is displayed.

Move a Column

You can move a column to the place you want in the technological table. Columns are moved one by one.

  1. Right-click a column header.
  2. Select one of the following options:
    OptionDescription
    Move to the Right Moves the selected column to the right side.
    Move to the Left Moves the selected column to the left side.

The new column is moved accordingly.

Delete a Column

You can delete user-defined columns only. The columns available in predefined tables -those that appear when selecting Add > Content- cannot be deleted.

  1. Right-click a column header.
  2. Select Remove .

The column is deleted.
