Uninstalling File Collaboration Server

This section describes how to uninstall the File Collaboration Server (FCS) code. You can uninstall FCS with the DS Installer tools. The uninstallation is performed by the user who performed the installation.

  1. Stop TomEE+ if you are using external TomEE+.
  2. Remove the installation.

    On Windows, select Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program control and double-click Dassault Systèmes File Collaboration Server 3DEXPERIENCE R2022x.

    The installation can also be uninstalled with the following command with administrator privileges:<FCSInstallPath>\Uninstall.bat which stops File Collaboration Server service, then deletes the installation directory.

    On Linux, run the command: <FCSInstallPath>/Uninstall.sh in order to stop FCS process and delete the installation directory.

    If an error occurs, delete the installation directory as follows: rm –rf <FCSInstallPath>.

  3. If you are using external TomEE+, stop TomEE+, remove the TomEE+ webapp directory and the WAR archive file.
