Asset Quality Intelligence

The Asset Quality Intelligence widget application provides 3DEXPERIENCE users with the ability to gather, analyze and initiate resolution of quality issues on their Assets. This is obtained by contextualizing information from multiple sources and by using vectorized signatures to create similarity clusters.

Note: You must generate these signatures on your end and add them as document metas before you index your documents into the application. Asset Quality Intelligence does not provide any tool that can generate vectorized signatures.

Though it is mapped with the ENOVIA Complaints and NCR Management app of the ENOVIA Quality Manager Role (QUM), the app design is generic and can also be used in a standalone mode connecting external sources of data.

This application is based on Business Analytics Server.

Limitations

The maximum number of "business item" documents that can be imported into an instance of your Asset Quality Intelligence application, depends on the package you purchased:

  • 150.000 documents, corresponding technically to 1 ATT token, if you purchased the Asset Quality Intelligence Index (FII) package.
  • 500.000 documents, corresponding technically to 3 ATT tokens, if you purchased the Asset Quality Intelligence Medium Index (FIK) package.

Note: You can purchase several Asset Quality Intelligence Index or Asset Quality Intelligence Medium Index to increase this capacity.

The use of documents indexed in the context of Asset Quality Intelligence is exclusively limited to issues discovery applications, sourcing data principally in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) content.
