In the work area, expand the bookmark structure.

Select the bookmark whose contents you want to filter.
- Navigate to the Filter section of the action bar and click Filter .
The Filter window opens where you can apply filter properties on
the bookmark structure.

Select the Filter
node and
choose how you want the filter to be applied to the bookmark structure.
You can choose how the bookmark structure is expanded after applying the
filter, from the list provided. The options available are:
- No Expand
to
collapse the bookmark structure after the filter is applied.
- Expand All
to expand
the bookmark structure after the filter is applied.
- Keep Expand State
to retain the current expansion of the bookmark structure after the
filter is applied.
You can also choose the degree to which the bookmark structure is
expanded after applying the filter, from the list provided. The options
available are:
- Expand entire branch
- Stop at last node
- Not Perforating

Select Apply Filter from Selection and check
Add if you want to apply the filter to objects inside
the selected bookmark in the bookmark structure.
The filter is applied to objects below the node of the selected bookmark
and the name of the bookmark appears in the table.
Note:
You can undo this
setting by selecting the name of the bookmark in the table and checking
Remove. The filter is applied to all objects
inside the root bookmark.
- Activate the filter you want to apply.
- Do either of the following:
- Click OK to define the filter to be applied to the bookmark and close
the Filter. window.
- Click Apply to save the settings made in the
Filter window and continue defining the filters to
be applied to the bookmark.
- Click Close to close the Filter window.
The bookmark is filtered according to the conditions applied.
