Read-only Mode
The Functional & Logical Design commands cannot be used on read-only objects.
In read-only mode, it is not possible to:
- Change the properties or delete a read-only reference or instance
- Change the 2D layout of a read-only reference (change position of its children, change their size, etc.)
- Add an instance under a read-only reference
- Add, change the properties or delete a port on a read-only reference
- Add, change the properties or delete a connection (functional connections and logical connections) under a read-only reference
- Add, change the properties or delete an implement connection (functional and logical connections) if the implementing entity is read-only
- Group/ungroup ports, expand/collapse ports group on a non-editable 2D graph.
With the read-only mode, the switch to edition does not automatically lock the switched objects, they have to be manually locked.
