In the Features to transform box of the
Affinity.x dialog box, select the feature(s) to be
reshaped.

Under
Axis system, select the following elements to
design a new axis system:

In the
Origin box, select a point.

In the
XY plane box, select a plane.

X axis box, select a line.

Under
Ratios, specify ratios for each axis.
