Collaboration Section

The collaboration commands enable you to share content with other users, move it to another collaborative space or organization. They also enable you to subscribe to be notified when FMEAs are promoted and revised. For more information, see Subscribing to Revisions and Promotions.

Important: These commands are available for an FMEA selected, from the Structure Tree.

Share
Shares the selected objects with other users, user groups, or collaborative space/organization pairs.

The Share dialog box displays the current list of people the selected objects are shared with.

You can share objects with more users. You can also modify their permission level, or unshare the selected objects.

Change Owner

Modifies the owner of the selected objects.

Move
Moves the selected objects to another collaborative space and/or organization, and can change their owner.

You can enter a comment for the operation.

This operation cannot be reversed, except by the new owner.

Subscribe

Lock
Prevents other users from modifying the selected objects.
See Locking and Unlocking Objects.
Unlock
Reverses the lock operation and allows users to modify the selected objects.

Subscribe
Click to subscribe to all available notifications for the selected objects.
Unsubscribe
Click to unsubscribe from all notifications for the selected objects.
Edit Subscriptions
Click to subscribe to or unsubscribe from specific notification events for the selected object. The dialog box lets you select or clear the check box for the events that apply to the object.
My Subscriptions
Click to list all your subscription notifications.
The dialog box lets you filter the list based on the object type and event, and search for text (either object or event names). You can click for any event to unsubscribe yourself, or select any number of events and click on the toolbar to unsubscribe from all of the selected events.
