History

You can view the history of a bookmark to trace the actions that have occurred for the bookmark.

  1. Select a bookmark, and click Properties or Information.
  2. Click History tab.

    The most recent activity shows at the top of the table.

    The tab shows the name of the person, who created the object, creation date and time of the bookmark.

    The tab also shows content attached to the bookmark. To see all attachments, use the Attachments tab. For more information, see Managing Attachments.

Notes:
  • This tab is only available when one bookmark is selected.
  • This tab is not available for all object types.
