Relations

The Relations tab displays the related objects of the selected object. The list view details the related objects according to the different relation types. Each relation in the list view can be expanded or collapsed.

In the Relations tab, you can select the relations set you want to display, such as Product Structure relations, CATIA V5 relations, all relations, etc.

Notes:
  • The objects must have been indexed before they can appear in the list.
  • The properties of a selected related object are displayed in the Properties panel launched from the Properties command in action bar. The properties displayed in the properties tab of the side panel are always those of the object you selected in the tree.

You can click to open the selected object in the Relations wiget. In the widget, the object and relations expanded in the Relations tab are displayed, and the objects that were selected in the tab remain selected in the widget.

Important: The Relations tab is only available with a Collaborative Industry Innovator license.
