Sharing

The Sharing tab lists the permissions granted for an object to other users, and let you manage them.

In the Sharing tab, you can view the existing permissions, modify or remove them, and share the selected object with additional users, user groups, or collaborative spaces/organization pairs.

Notes:
  • This tab is only available when one object is selected.
  • In the tab, multiselection is not supported. You can only select one user, user group, or collaborative space/organization pair at a time.
  • This tab is not available for all object types. The access to some object types is managed through members and responsibilities, instead of permissions granted with the Share command.
