Draft Analysis Dialog Box

The Draft Analysis dialog box appears when you select Draft Analysis in the Analysis section.

Mode

The mode option lets you choose between a quick and a full analysis mode. These two modes are completely independent.

By default, the Quick Analysis Mode is selected

The Mode area contains the following options:

Quick Analysis Mode
Displays a simplified analysis, with only three values and four colors, display by default.
Full Analysis Mode
Displays a complete analysis based on the chosen color range. This allows you to see exactly how the evolution of the distance is performed on the selected element.
Notes:
  • The color scale settings (colors and graduated values) are saved when exiting the command, meaning the same settings will be applied when you edit a draft analysis. New settings are created with each new draft analysis.
  • When the draft angle value of the surface is equal or smaller than a graduated value, the color below the graduated value is applied.
  • When the draft angle value of the surface is greater than the greatest graduated value, the color above this graduated value is applied.

Display

The Display area contains the following options:

Show/Hide color scale
Hides the color scale.
On the Fly
Displays draft analysis at current position of the cursor.
No Highlight Representations
Disables highlights on selected elements.
Light effect
Displays the light effect on selected elements.

Direction

The Direction area contains the following options:

Lock
Locks the draft direction even when the Robot is used.
Robot
Drops the Robot onto the model and lets you move the Robot in the work area to define the new draft direction.
Reverse
Reverses the draft direction for each element involved in the current analysis.

Information

Displays the draft direction coordinates.
