Improving Shaded Display with Specialized Tesselation

You can temporarily define an individual tesselation tolerance value.

To improve the shaded display of analyses, you can define a tolerance value ranging from 1.0 mm to 0.001 mm.

Note: Specialized Tesselation is supported by the Parallel Command Session command.

Before you begin:
  1. Open a 3D shape containing surface elements.
  2. In the View section of the action bar, click View Modes... and in the View Modes panel, click Shading with materials .
  3. Perform an analysis providing a shaded result, for example with the Surfacic Curvature Analysis command.
