Exporting Features in 3D XML

You can export 3D Tolerancing & Annotation features —only 3D annotations within a 3D shape representation—to a 3DXML file.

Before you begin: Select one or multiple 3D shapes containing 3D annotations in search result list, Product Finder, Catalog or Folder Editor work area.
  1. In the Share menu, select Export > 3D XML or File....
    The Export dialog box appears.
  2. Select for review as format.
  3. Enter or browse to the directory where the file will be saved.
  4. Enter the name of the file that will be created.
  5. Click OK.
    The 3DXML file is created, and the Export dialog box closes.
