Instantiating Note Object Attribute

You can instantiate a Note Object Attribute (NOA) annotation from a catalog or a library.

This task shows you how to:

You can instantiate a Note Object Attribute (NOA) annotation from a catalog.

Before you begin: Open an existing 3D shape.

Click Catalog Browser .
The Catalog Browser dialog box appears.
Browse the catalog to the NOA.

Note: To instantiate the NOA from a library, open the library in which the NOA is stored. For more information, see Design IP Classification User's Guide: Design IP Classification: Accessing Library from native apps.
Right-click the NOA and select Use Item> Insert.
Select the geometry where to instantiate the NOA in the authoring window.
The NOA is instantiated.

You can instantiate a Note Object Attribute (NOA) annotation from a library.

Before you begin: Open an existing 3D shape.

Click Library Browser .
The Library Browser panel appears.
In the left pane, browse to the class and select it.
The stored NOAs in the selected class is listed.
Right-click the required NOA and select Instantiate NOA.
The NOA is instantiated.
