Drawing Geometry on the Support

You can draw planes, circles, or lofts on supports.

This task shows you how to:

Draw Planes

You can draw planes on a support.

  1. From the Shape Reconstruction section of the action bar, click Draw Plane .
  2. Start drawing on the support.
    Each stroke creates a plane whose dimension depends on the size of the stroke.

Draw Sections

You can draw sections on a support.

  1. From the Shape Reconstructionsection of the action bar, click Draw Section .
  2. In the Drawing Section dialog box, select the section type between Circle, Ellipse, Square, and Rectangle.
  3. Start drawing on the support.
    Each stroke creates a section whose dimension depends on the size of the stroke.

Draw Lofts

You can draw lofts on a support.

  1. From the Shape Reconstruction section of the action bar, click Draw Loft .
  2. Start drawing on the support.
    Each stroke creates a loft whose dimension depends on the size of the stroke.
