Creating a Curve Section View or Cut

Curve Section View or Curve Section Cut lets you create a section view or a section cut using a 3D spline.

Before you begin:

Open a product containing a 3D part with a 3D spline and a drawing representation.
Activate the front view in the drawing.

Go to the 3D window and select the 3D spline.
In the Section Depth dialog box, select the Depth check box and specify the required depth value.
Click at the required location to position the view .
To modify the 3D spline curve, go to the 3D window and edit it.
Click Update current sheet to update the view.
