Inserting Images (Raster or Vector)

You can insert a picture in a drawing representation.

Before you begin: Open a drawing representation containing a sheet and a view.

  1. From the Annotation section of the action bar, click Insert Picture .
  2. In the Insert picture dialog box, browse to select an image file.
  3. Click Open.
  4. Click in the sheet to position your picture.
  5. Click the picture to select it.
    Rotation and scaling handles appear.

  6. Optional: Drag the handles to modify the picture size, and/or drag the picture to the required position.
