Applying a Performance Profile

Performance profiles let you reduce the core quality level for optimizing performance.

These profiles are created by the City Referential manager to activate or deactivate some 3D effects for performance reason.

  1. In the Assembly panel, select the .ctxp file.
  2. In the Properties panel, select the appropriate performance profile from the list:
    OptionDescription
    high-quality Provides the lowest performance. All the rendering and 3D effects are adjusted, but the framerate can slow down, especially on low-end computers and/or if the loaded experience contains visible heavy datasets.
    balanced Provides a medium performance.
    high-perfo Provides the highest performance, but with a lower rendering quality.

As you switch between profiles, the changes are simultaneously applied to the 3D view:
