Creating a Template

In this step, you will reuse a text object to create a template.

The process is the same for all dressups (markers, annotations, or paper screen objects). As dressup properties depend from the current scenario, the dressup you reuse can thus have a different look or position, for example, from one scenario to another.

  1. Click the text box, and then use the Properties panel to enter Title as the name in the Name box and Text1 in the Text box.
  2. In the Scene Manager panel, click New Scene 2.
  3. In the Design panel, click to display the Title dressup created in the previous steps.
  4. Click the text box, and then use the Properties panel to enter Text2 in the Text box.
  5. In the Scene Manager panel, click New Scene 3.
  6. In the Design panel, click to display the Title dressup created in the previous steps.
  7. Click the text box, and then use the Properties panel to enter Text3 in the Text box.
  8. In the Scenarios panel, click the scenarios one by one.
    The Title dressup is displayed with the same position in each scenario but with a different text.
    Note: Clicking Delete does not remove the dressup. it only makes it invisible in the current scenario. This means that the dressup is still visible in the other scenarios.
