Creating Tritangent Fillets

Tritangent Fillet lets you create a tritangent fillet by removing on the three selected faces.

Create a Tritangent Fillet

You can create tritangent fillet using the Tritangent Fillet command.

  1. In the Faces to fillet box, select two surfaces.
  2. In the Extremities list, select the desired extremeties that is the relimitation mode:
  3. In the Face to remove box, select the surface to be removed.
  4. You can select the Trim support check box to relimit the support elements and assemble them to the fillet.
  5. Click OK.
    Warning: The selection of the feature prevails over the selection of the sub-element. To select a sub-element, you need to apply the ''Geometrical Element'' filter in the User Selection Filter from the App Options panel.

Fillet Volumes

You can create fillets to volumes.

  1. In the Faces to fillet box, select two faces.
  2. In the Face to remove box, select the face to be removed.
  3. Click OK to create the fillet volume.
