Defining Contextual Components

Contextual Definition lets you define a contextual component and it is further used to create a template.

Before you begin: Create a 3D part under a root product.
  1. In the Reference box, select the 3D part.
  2. Optional: Under Space Reservation, select a predefined volume other than the volume of the component.

    The selected volume is taken into account for interference computation and space reservation.
