From the Compass, click Quality Rules Reuse.

From the Know-how Reuse section of the action bar, click
Report Definition .
The Report Template Definition dialog box appears. -
Define the template:
- In the
Report name box, enter the required name of the report.
- In the
Report title box, enter the required title of the report.
- In the Type list, select Hanger.

In the Attributes list, select the required attribute and click Add.
The selected attribute appears in the Attribute Management frame. Note:
You can select multiple attributes.
- Select the Occurences of the objects check box to include the exact number of occurrence of the object when generating the report.
- Click Report Preview.
The panel appears listing all the objects and its attributes. - Click Save to save the defined template.

The Report Generation dialog box appear. - Click Select and type the name of the template you created and click Search.
The XML Document Chooser displays the result of the search. - Double-click your report template in the XML Document Chooser.
You are back in the Report Generation dialog box. - Click All Objects In Session to generate your report for all the objects of your representation and click Generate Report.
A dialog box appears. - In the File Options area, select the appropriate check box to specify the report format and click Open Report.
The report appears. - Click Save as to save the report.
