Transferring a Line ID

You can add or remove members from the line ID.

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin: Open the hvac logical system in which you want to add or remove members from the line ID.
Important: To add members to a line ID, make sure that:
  • All the elements to be transferred and the line ID are under the same system
  • All the elements to be transferred are entered as hvac elements

Add Members to a Line ID

You can add members to a line ID.

  1. In the tree or in the diagram view, select the line ID in which you want to add members.
  2. Select HVAC elements to be added in the line ID.

    A message appears if the selected element belongs to another line ID.

  3. Click OK to add the selected elements.

Remove Existing Members from the Line ID

You can remove existing members from the line ID.

  1. In the tree or in the 2D graph, select the line ID from which you want to remove members.
  2. Select an existing member of the line ID.
  3. Click OK to remove the selected members and close the Line ID Transfer dialog box.
