Different Fields on Request Administrator page
- Policy: The Policies displayed in the drop-down list are defined by the System Administrator using the Business module and the requests are attached to the Policy. Only those Policies are displayed that are defined and registered. These policies can be assigned to any request that is sub type of Part Request. The Requests and the Assignees in the columns are displayed based on the policies. The default policy available for selection is Part Requests.
- Name: Displays the various sub types of requests. The requests displayed are based on the selected policy.
There are different states of a request and to promote a request to the next state a role is assigned by the administrator. The columns displayed in Request Administration are based on the selection of the Request Policy. The mandatory states of the Request are defined in the property file. The different states of a request and the roles to be assigned to the states are:

Use the following options to assign the roles:
- Remove: Click Remove, to remove the selected role from states of the Request.
- All: Click All, to assign all the roles. “*” indicates the all roles have rights to perform the task for the particular state of the Request.
- Add: Click Add, perform a role search and select the roles from the search result. The assigned roles are displayed in the search results when you are adding the assignees in the Create Request page.
- Notification List: Assign the role who will receive the notification of the task for the request.
- Notification State: Select the state of the part at which notification should be sent to the notifier from the drop-down list. This list is based on the selected Request Policy.

- Type of Parts: Select the part type options on which the request can be raised from the following options:
- EPN: Enterprise Part is a registered part.
- MEP: Manufacturer Equivalent Part is part created on EPN. An EPN can have multiple MEP's.
- Preliminary: Preliminary Part is part that is not registered and not in complete state.
- Released EPN: EPN in released state.
- Released MEP: MEP in released state.

You can select multiple options for part types. Based on the selection of the Part Types the request can be created for different parts.
- Associated Parts Count: Select the number of parts that can be associated with the request from the following options:
- None: Request can be created without a part.
- Single: Request is raised only on single parts.
- Multiple: Request can be raised on Single or Multiple parts.
After entering the field values use the following options:
- Apply: Click to save the changes and the page refreshes with the changed values.
- Done: Click to save the changes and the page is closed.
- Cancel: Click to close the page, if you close the page without using Apply the changes are not saved and the age is closed.
