Revealing Warnings on Flexible Routes

You can reveal warnings and errors that occur during the creation and modification of your flexible routes.


Before you begin: Open a product containing a flexible route.

  1. From the Fluid Design section of the action bar, click Reveal Build Warnings .
  2. In the tree, select one or more products.

    The Reveal Build Warnings panel appears. The panel displays several columns that describe and categorize the types of warnings associated with your selection.

    Four symbols reflect the importance of the most critical warning:

    • : high criticality. Correct the warning.
    • : low criticality. It is not mandatory to correct the warning.
    • : no issue.
    • : update your selection with Force Update to reveal any potential warning.

    Two additional symbols reflect the criticality of each individual warning in the other columns:

    • : high criticality. Correct the warning.
    • : low criticality. It is not mandatory to correct the warning.

  3. Optional: Sort the Instance Name and the Route Name columns in alphabetical order. In addition, sort the other columns according to the criticality of the revealed warnings.
  4. In the panel, select a route to highlight it in the 3D view.

    Note: You can select multiple routes at the same time.

  5. Right-click the selected route.
  6. Click Reframe On to reframe the 3D area.
  7. Optional: Click Force Update to force the status of the selected route to update.

    Note: You can only use the Force Update when Reveal Build Warnings does not reveal any warning.
