Creating Offset Curves

You can offset a curve with a specified distance in a defined direction.

Before you begin: Open a 3D shape containing curves.

Select the curve to be offset.
From the Alignment box, select Normal to Surface.
Select a surface as support.
Click Apply.
Change the offset distance using one of the following options:
- Draw one of the handles at their end
- Right-click, select Edit in the context menu and change the value.
Click OK.
