Defining Views
You can rapidly define a viewpoint, using the
Robot
on the geometry.
Before you begin:
open an existing 3D shape.
Drag the
Robot
onto a position in your shape that you want to see.
This also defines the viewing direction.
From the
View
section of the
action bar
,
click
Interactive Viewpoint Definition
.
The viewpoint changes. You now see the shape from above the
Robot
, at the point where you dropped the
Robot
.
From the
View
section of the
action bar
,
click
Reverse Viewpoint
.
The viewpoint changes. You now see the shape from under the
Robot
, at the point where you dropped the
Robot
.
Note:
When changing viewpoints, you may wish to come back to a preceding viewpoint:
To move backward click
Previous View
.
To move forward click
Next View
.
