Creating a Fillet Curve

You can create a fillet curve between two curves.

You can convert a fillet curve to a blend curve (Convert to Blend Type option).


Before you begin: Open a 3D Shape containing two topologically contiguous or intersecting curves.
  1. Select two curves.
  2. Click OmniFillet .
    A fillet curve is created in the quadrant of the selected point positions.

  3. Select the Fillet Type.
  4. Click the direction handles to change the quadrant of the fillet curve.
  5. Drag the handles at the curve's endpoints to modify the radius or chord length.
  6. Drag the handle to modify Form Factor and Form Bias.

    You can also enter the required values in the panel or move the slider.

  7. Optional: You can click Go back to selection at any time to change the selection, define and use selection sets, or to choose another mode in the selector panel.
