Creating Curves from a Surface Edge by One Click

You can create a curve from an entire surface edge.

Before you begin:

Open a 3D Shape containing a surface.

  1. Select a surface edge.
  2. From the Surfacing section of the action bar, click OmniCurve .
  3. Select Extract.
  4. Click OK.
