Intersect a Surface With a Surface
You can intersect two surfaces.
- Select one surface as the object and another surface as the reference.
- From the Surfacing section of the action bar, click OmniIntersect .
- Optional: Click Selection Sets: Swap to swap object and reference.

Select the Extrapolation Type for a temporary result curve
that does not reach the surface edge.
The extrapolation is always done with respect to the reference.

selection
at any time to change the selection, define and use
selection sets, or to choose another mode in the selector
panel.
Intersection Mode Description
Intersects a shell by a shell.
Intersects a wire by a shell.
Intersects a wire by a wire. -
Click OK.
The intersection curve is created on the reference surface.
