Customizing Crown Menus

You can customize the standard crown menus by changing or adding commands according to your individual needs. You can add until 4, 8, 12, or 16 commands to a crown menu.

  1. Click in the VNav Options bar to open the ICEM Design Experience Options panel.
  2. Click Customize Crown Menus.
  3. In the Current Crown Menu ID box, select the mouse button assigned to the crown menu to be customized.
    The corresponding crown menu with the current assignment is displayed.
  4. Click the x-symbol to remove a command.
  5. In the Available Commands list, choose a command using the Filter.
  6. Add or change the command by drag and drop onto an empty slot or the command icon to be replaced.
  7. Click a Crown Menu Style swap button to assign a mouse menu to another mouse button.
  8. In the Crown list, select the number of commands you can add to a crown menu.
  9. Optional: In the Delay Time box, specify the delay time until a crown menu appears.
  10. Optional: Define shortcuts for a second and third set of crown menus.
    1. In the ..\win_b64\resources\IASXml directory, create a copy of the IASShortcut.xml file and rename it to UserShortCut.xml.
    2. Add new entries for the function IDs CrownMenu2 and CrownMenu3.
