Additional Settings for Japanese Environments

This topic provides additional settings required for Issue Intelligence to run in a Japanese environment.


Before you begin: Configure ENOVIA connector in Exalead CloudView. For more information, see Configuring ENOVIA Connector.
  1. Connect to Exalead CloudView Administration Console (http://<HOSTNAME>:<BASEPORT+1>/admin).
  2. Go to Index > Consolidation > Aggregation processors.
  3. Click issue_getHistoryFromEnovia to display its properties.
  4. Clear the Parsing Date Format field and enter M/dd/yyyy H:mm:ss
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Go to Home > Connectors and scan your Issues connector.
