Erasing a Part of the Curve

You can erase a part of the curve by painting the area to remove.


Before you begin: Create a 3D shape containing a curve.
  1. From the Shape Sculpt section of the action bar, click Modification .
  2. Click the curve.
  3. From the Tools Palette, click Erasing .
  4. Paint the area of the curve to be removed.



If the area is internal to the curve, all details are erased to obtain a smoothed internal curve:
