Checking for Updates

The update status is verified directly at the start up of Native Apps.

Environment: Cloud only

  1. The 3DEXPERIENCE Update dialog box appears when a Native App is not up-to-date. Depending on the update status, you can:
    • Click Get Update, and use the Compass to upgrade Native Apps (only if the access to updates is not locked)
    • Click Install, and use the Compass to install the expected Native Apps version (only if the access to installation is not locked)
    • Click Skip to continue the start-up
    • Click Exit to close Native Apps

    Note: If the update is mandatory the start-up is automatically stopped until you update your Native Apps.

  2. If you get error messages, contact your Administrator.

    If you are an Administrator:
