always child components of the active product.
Before you begin: Open an existing
assembly.
From the
Assembly section of the
action bar,
click
Engineering
Connection

box appears.

The Engineering Connection Definition dialog box
is updated: a Fix Together Relatively
constraint is created, and the Rigid
engineering
connection type is selected.

is defined with only two component. If more than two
components are selected the engineering connection is transformed as

As long as the Engineering Connection
Definition dialog is opened, you can add or remove
components and the type of constraint is updated.
The instance name for each selected component is displayed in the
Support column.

Engineering Connection Definition dialog box.
