List of Solutions for an Object

If you encounter problems with an IP Management component, such as an IP Block, you can view the solutions that have been entered against that component.

To access this page:

  1. List the solutions for the object, such as an IP Block.
  2. From the page toolbar, select Categories > Solutions.

Solution Properties

Columns

Column Name Description
Name Name of the solution. Click to view more details.
Title Descriptive title for the solution.
Originator Name of the person who created the solution.
Public Select true or false from the list.
Fixed in Release The release that includes this solution.
Keywords Searchable words relating to the solution.
Hit Count The number of times this solution has been accessed.

Filters

Filter Option Description
All All solutions.
Public Only those solutions available to the public.
Private Only those solutions defined as Private (that is, restricted access).

Create New Creates a new solution. Creating a Solution
Delete Deletes the selected solutions. Click OK to confirm. --
