From the Classes page, select the required general class.

From the
Actions menu, click Delete.

Click OK.
The selected general class is deleted from database. Notes:
- When you delete a general class containing objects, a message appears notifying
that the selected object cannot be deleted, as the object has container objects (or)
may not have delete permissions. You have to remove the objects from the class, and
delete.
- When you delete a general class containing objects in other apps like Collaborative
Lifecycle Management, a message appears notifying that the selected object cannot be
deleted, as the object has container objects (or) may not have delete permissions.
You have to remove the objects from the class in the IP Classification app, and then delete in Collaborative
Lifecycle Management app.
