To enter a date other than the current

Policy
|
Select a policy from the list. Your
system might only have a single policy available.

Owner
|
Defaults to your user name. To select
another user, click
and select a
person from the list or start entering a name and select from a list of
matches.
|
Approver
|
Click
and select a
person from the list or start entering a name and select from a list of
matches. This person is responsible for approving the promotion of the object.

Notify
|
Click
, perform a
search, and select one or more users to be notified that the object has been
created.
|
Create In
|
If you started this procedure from
within a document library or document family, this field shows that library or
family name. You can change this if required. You can click
to select a
Document or General Library. If you want to create an orphan object (no
parent), leave this field blank.
If you do not have permission to create, orphan objects,
you must enter a value in this field. A Document Library must be approved by
the Reviewer before you can select it here.

Add To Folders

To add this object to a folder, click
