Displaying a Door and Window Schedule

Door Window Schedule lets you display a schedule that summarizes door and window data for all doors and windows in the model.

  1. To see:
    1. The doors schedule, from the Door Window Schedule dialog box, click the Doors tab.
    2. The windows schedule, click the Windows tab.

    Note: The system displays data that is computed by the component and recorded in the IFC extension.

  2. To sort the table by a column, click the column header and use the arrow to select either ascending or descending order.
  3. To export either the door or window data to an xml or Excel file:
    1. Click the desired tab.
    2. Click Export. .
    3. From the Save As dialog box, enter the File name for the export file.
    4. From Save as type, click the desired file type.
  4. To export both the Door and Window data to an xml or Excel file:
    1. Click Export All. .
    2. From the Save As dialog box, enter the File name for the export file.
    3. From Save as type, click the desired file type.
