Buildings Space Planning Types

Buildings Space Planning types are specific to the Buildings Space Planning app.

Notes: All behaviors of Search include both search and report.

The following types have no attributes and are only available for Search and Report.

LiveArchiSpace

LiveArchiSpace, a primary Buildings Space Planning type, is for internal space, mass, elevator, and shaft.

Attributes

LiveArchiSpace subtypes include mass, (internal) space, and elevator shaft. Some attributes are not relevant for all subtypes, whereas others may exclude a specific subtype or are only used for specific subtypes.

Several source types are available to define the basic shape of the space, for example, parameter set, sketch, planar face, or solid. Some attributes are used with all source types, whereas others use one type, for example, a parameter set.

LiveArchiSlab, a primary Buildings Space Planning type, is for primary, internal, external, and added slabs.

Attributes

LiveArchiSlab subtypes includes primary, exterior, interior, and added. Some parameters are invalid for some types.

The source types are sketch, planar face, solid (for example, from LiveShape and Direct Edit). Some attributes cannot use all source types.
