- From the Building section of the action bar, click BIM Attributes
. - In the tree, click an object for your similarity search.

In the BIM Attributes panel, click Find Similar.
For example, if you are locating spaces, in the tree, click a space.

To do a broad search to find all objects of the same object type, click
.
When you use this broad search, for example, on a space, the search locates all spaces, including office spaces, conference rooms, bathrooms, and elevators.

To search for objects that have some matching attribute values, but not necessarily
all matching values:
- Select Match any selected attribute.
- From each extension, select the attribute check boxes that are required to match.
- Click

To search only for objects with exact matches for your selection of attributes:
- Select Match all selected attributes.
- From each extension, select the attribute check boxes that must match.
For example, to find all medium-size conference rooms, from Space Properties, select the check box for SpaceName (value is Conference Room- Medium).

In the tree, the system highlights the search results. To see a list of the object matches,
click Show Product List
.
After searching for similar objects, you can copy extension feature from a source object to the similar objects in the search results.
