From the View section of the action bar, click Annotation Blanking
 .
All annotations are blanked.
- Optional:
Right-click the text annotation and select Properties.

In the Properties dialog box, click the
Display tab.

To make the annotation parallel to screen, select the Parallel to
screen check box.
- Optional:
To make the annotation zoomable, select the Zoomable check
box.
The annotation is made parallel to screen and zoomable.

Right-click a text annotation and select Properties.

In the Properties dialog box, click the
Text tab.

Specify the Blank Background to
(No).
Note:
By default, in the Blank Background list, Area
Fill is selected.
The blanking effect is removed and annotations are displayed without blank
background.
