Properties for Effectivity Dates

This section has a table explaining the properties you can change to set up Device Master Record Management.

The emxLES.properties file lists the available properties. In addition, you also need to update properties in emxSystem.properties for the PDF functionality which requires the AdLib Server. Follow the instructions in Collaboration and Approvals Administration Guide:Configuring PDF Rendering. That task shows you how to install and configure the AdLib server, and which properties in emxSystem.properties you need to update.

emxLES.Effectivity.NoOfDaysToExpire When the effectivity end date is within the number of days set in this property, the effectivity status is defined as effective but expiring soon. If within the specified number of days, the icon displays in the Effectivity Status column in the DMR View. 30
emxLES.Effectivity.NoOfDaysToBeEffectiveWhen the effectivity start date is within the number of days set in this property, the effectivity status is defined as becoming effective soon. If within the specified number of days, the icon displays in the Effectivity Status column in the DMR View. 30
