The Technical Performance Measurements (TPM) policy defines the lifecycle states of a TPM.

Identify

TPM's are created in the Identify state. The Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, or the Subcontract Administrator can promote the TPM to the Analyze state.

Analyze

The Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, Subcontract Administrator, or the owner of the TPM can promote the TPM to the Review state.

Review

The Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, or the owner of the TPM can promote the TPM to the Active state.

Active

The TPM is active and available for use. Once the TPM is in the Active state, only the owner of the TPM can promote it to the Complete state.

Complete

The TPM is complete and no longer available. The owner of the TPM can promote the TPM to the Archived state.

Archived

The TPM is no longer available.
