Artwork Package Lifecycle

Artwork packages are groups of pieces of artwork. Artwork packages contain multiple artwork elements.

Create

In this state, a Product Manager or an Artwork Project Manager can associate the artwork package with POAs, modify the properties of the artwork package, and cancel it. Product Managers and Artwork Project Managers can also move the POAs associated with the artwork package to a different artwork package that is in the Create state.

Assign

After authors and approvers are assigned for all POAs, and their contents, a Product Manager or an Artwork Project Manager can promote the artwork package to the Work In Process state. Product Managers and Artwork Project Managers can also cancel the artwork package and move the POAs associated with the artwork package to a different artwork package that is in the Assign state.

Work In Process

After the authoring and approval tasks are complete, the artwork package is promoted to the Complete state automatically. If required, a Product Manager or an Artwork Project Manager can cancel the artwork package or demote it to the Assign state.

Complete

The artwork package is moved to this state automatically when the authoring and approval tasks are completed.

Cancelled

The artwork package is moved to this state when it is cancelled.
