Artwork Template Lifecycle

An artwork template consists of components that are used frequently in artwork.

Preliminary

In this state, a Product Manager, Artwork Package Manager, or a Graphic Designer can create the artwork template, modify the title and description, check in the file, assign countries, and promote teh artwork template to the Review state.

Review

In this state, a Product Manager or an Artwork Package Manager can promote the artwork template to the Release state or demote the artwork template to the Preliminary state.

Release

In this state, a Product Manager or an Artwork Package Manager can associate the artwork template with a POA. A Product Manager, Artwork Package Manager, or a Graphic Designer can revise the artwork template.

Obsolete

A Product Manager or an Artwork Package Manager can move the artwork template from the Release state to the Obsolete state.
