Brand Library Lifecycle

Brand libraries are used to manage documents and media associated with a brand.

Inactive

A VBM Brand Manager can create a Brand Library. In this state, the owner or a VBM Brand Manager can modify, delete, and transfer the Brand Library. The owner can promote the Brand library to the Active state.

Active

In this state, the owner, a Library User, or a VBM Brand Manager can view the Brand Library. The VBM Brand Manager can revise, demote, check in, and check out the Brand Library. The VBM Brand Manager can also grant and revoke access to the Brand Library.

Obsolete

In this state, the owner, a Library User, or a VBM Brand Manager can view the Brand Library. The VBM Brand Manager can disconnect the Brand Library.
