This page discusses:

To Do

Decision objects are created in the Active state. The person who creates the decision must enter a description explaining the decision.

Decisions rationalize the creation or existence of a requirement or other object, or a consensus made or to be made in a meeting. If you understand the decision, you will understand the requirements objective along with the potential risks and opportunities.

Decisions can be connected to other objects or relationships to indicate what the decision relates to.

Release

A Decision can be promoted to the Release state. You cannot demote the Decision, but you can create a revision of it.

Superceded

The Decision has been superceded.
