Draft

When a Supplier Devleopment Plan is created, any Deliverables defined by the template are automatically created. For the buyer company, Supplier Development Managers and Advanced Quality Engineers can list and view deliverables.

In the Draft state, the above buyer company persons can edit properties, check in files. The Suppler Development Manager must promote the deliverable to Active (along with promoting the Supplier Development Plan) before the Supplier Representative can access it.

Active

For the supplier company, Supplier Representatives can check in files as required by the Deliverable. The buyer company users can see checked-in files as soon as the Supplier Representative checks them in. The Supplier Representative promotes the Deliverable to Review.

Review

The Advanced Quality Engineer reviews the deliverable and submits any required changes to the supplier company. This could be an iterative process until the Advanced Quality Engineer is satisfied with the Deliverable. The Advanced Quality Engineer then promotes the Deliverable to Complete.

Complete

Users with access to the Supplier Development Plan can view the Deliverable, but cannot perform any functions with it (such as editing).
