Meeting Lifecycle

A meeting can be scheduled and managed. When created in Collaboration and Approvals, it must be created in the context of a Bookmark Root. When created in Meeting Management, you can select a context object (a change object) when you create the route.

Draft

The meeting has been created but not scheduled. You can add attachments, attendees, agenda items, and decisions to the meeting.

Scheduled

The attendees have been notified of the meeting, and can review the attachments, attendees, agenda items, and decisions. New agenda items and decisions can be added, and more attachments can be added, but you cannot change the attendees list.

In Progress

The meeting is occurring at the present time. New agenda items and decisions can be added, and more attachments can be added, but you cannot change the attendees list.

Complete

The meeting has been completed. You can add decisions to the meeting, but not agenda items, attachments, or attendees, although you can edit existing agenda items.
